Flat Rate Fees & Workflow

Landing Page $500
+ Squarespace Subscription Fee*

Someone visits your website — BAM. All the info is on one page (the “landing” page). This is a great option if you offer a single or just a few services and need a simple way for people to book/contact you and learn about what you offer.

If the information you provide exceeds what I deem reasonable for a landing page, we can discuss a multi-page website instead.

See client Elite Bodies Personal Training as an example.

Multi-Page Website $2,000
+ Squarespace Subscription Fee*

You’ve got a lot to share! If you're interested in a website with multiple pages, then this is the option for you. Includes the usual needs like:
Home Page, About Us, Services, Calendar, FAQs, Resources, Contact Us, etc.

See client Academy of Innovation as an example.

*The Squarespace subscription fee depends on what subscription level is best for you. We'll chat, but it ranges from $192-$624/year.

Workflow

  1. Free Initial Consultation: We meet in-person or via video conference for a free initial consultation to determine the essential needs of your website, a reasonable deadline, expectations, and next steps.

  2. Contract & Deposit: Once it’s agreed that we'd like to move forward, you will be provided with a detailed contract that includes the agreed-upon deliverables, deadline, and payment processing. A $100 deposit is required for a landing page, and a $500 deposit is required for a multi-page website upon signing the contract.

  3. Info & Assets: You've signed the contract and paid your deposit — let’s get to work! You will be responsible for providing all essential information for me to build and design your website (noted in the contract), including your brand assets, images, video, specific copy, etc., by the agreed-upon delivery date (also noted in the contract).

  4. Infrastructure Review: Based on the provided essential information and our discussions, I will build the infrastructure of the website for your review and approval. This will be a “building blocks” preview of your website with placeholder graphics and copy so you can approve the general build of the website. We can review this together in a meeting or communicate via email.

  5. Full Review: Once the infrastructure is approved, I will implement all provided information, brand assets, graphics, media, etc., and you will have a full review of the website. This will show the website as fully built, and you will provide feedback for any necessary revisions. I can receive feedback in a meeting or via email.

  6. Revisions: Revisions must be within the agreed-upon essential information detailed in the contract. Any new features or information outside of the initial contract will be discussed and subject to additional billing.

  7. Revision Review: Once any revisions have been implemented, you will review the website in full for approval to go live.

  8. Go Live: Once revisions are approved and the website is prepared to go live, I will initiate the domain transfer (if you already have a domain) or complete the process to connect your Squarespace website to the domain you have purchased. Your domain is a separate cost outside of my fee and the Squarespace subscription. I can assist you in securing a domain if you do not already have one. Domain transfers may take up to 7 days to complete.

  9. 1-Month Free Basic Maintenance: Once your website is live, I will provide one month of free basic maintenance (outlined in contract). This includes updates to information and media only. This does NOT include additional pages or assets that are outside the initial contract.

  10. Option to Continue with Monthly Maintenance: At the end of your 1 month free basic maintenance period, you will be offered the option to retain me at a monthly rate of $100 for basic maintenance. If you do not wish to continue with a monthly maintenance retainer, you will be responsible for all website management moving forward. I’ll be here to help with occasional questions, but should anything go beyond friendly tips, I will require compensation to assist.
